Help The Pennant Factory Grow in Shreveport!

Hello, and thank you for visiting my website.

My name is Angel, and I own The Pennant Factory in Shreveport, LA. I create blank felt pennant flags that are used by colleges, schools, and for special events. Soon, I’ll also be offering in-house printing services and point-of-sale options.

In addition to making pennants, I want The Pennant Factory to be a space for community and creativity. Local crafters will be invited to set up their own pop-up shops outside our location for just $10 a day, giving them an affordable way to showcase and sell their work.

My Story

I relocated to Shreveport from another state with big plans to expand my business. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the right commercial space or resources, so I had to scale back. Right now, I’m working out of my dining room and only taking very small orders.

Recently, I was blessed to find a large commercial space that’s perfect for growing The Pennant Factory. I also found a seamstress to help with large-scale production. But the new space needs significant renovations before I can move in.

What’s Needed

To open The Pennant Factory in its new home, I need to cover the cost of:

  • Installing a new ceiling and walls

  • Flooring

  • Additional lighting

  • A cooling system

The total cost is $4,500. Once these renovations are complete, I can move in with my machinery, increase production, and invite other makers to join in.

Future Plans

Beyond pennant production, I plan to host sewing workshops and lessons. Many people have incredible design ideas but don’t know how to sew. I want to help both men and women learn how to use industrial sewing machines and bring their creative visions to life.
