What type of printing services do we offer?
We offer printing applications such as HTV, Sublimation, and DTF
What is HTV?
HTV, or Heat Transfer Vinyl, is an incredible craft material that empowers you to create custom designs on fabric items like t-shirts and bags. Known as "iron-on" vinyl, it allows your artistic vision to shine as you transfer your designs from a clear carrier sheet onto the fabric using heat. With a wide variety of colors, stunning finishes like glitter or metallic, and specialized types such as stretch vinyl for athletic wear and flocked vinyl for a luxurious texture, the possibilities for your creativity are endless.
What is DTF?
DTF stands for Direct-to-Film printing, a digital printing method where a design is printed onto a special PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) film and then transferred to a fabric or other substrate using a heat press and an adhesive powder. This method allows for vibrant, durable, full-color prints on a wide variety of materials, including cotton, polyester, and blends, and is popular for its versatility and fast production times.
What is Sublimation?
Sublimation printing is a digital method for creating vibrant, long-lasting images by turning solid sublimation ink into a gas, which then permanently infuses into a polyester-based or polymer-coated material under heat and pressure. The process requires printing the design onto special paper with sublimation ink, then using a heat press to transfer the gas-state ink into the item's surface, resulting in a durable graphic that won't crack, peel, or fade.
*NOTE: Sublimation can only be printed on white fabric.
